Design Versatility

Vac-U-Form liners are available in a wide range of standard patterns, including fractured rib, masonry, rope and wood styles. Custom profiles are welcome.

Material Options

Single-Use Vac-U-Form — This High-Impact Styrene form liner offers the same design flexibility as the Multi-Use Vac-U-Form liner at less cost.

Multi-Use Vac-U-Form — This rugged, Acrylonitrile-Butadiene Styrene (ABS) virgin plastic form liner provides up to 15 re-uses and is competitively priced.

Dimensions

Standard panel sizes are 4 feet by 8 feet or 4 feet by 10 feet.
