Qualifications: Self-starter. 4 year college degree or construction management (civil or mechanical engineering degree will be a plus) preferred or equivalent experience.  Prior experience in the construction/forming or related industries will be considered a major plus. Must be able to work within a team environment and be extremely flexible in a small sales team office. Must have excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to interface effectively with customer contacts throughout their organization – i.e. from general and sub contractors, architects, and engineers. Should be proficient with Microsoft Office and sales force automation tools.
